I'm so excited to have my first reveal since joining the awesome Let's Get Sketchy design team!
Here it is:
These were some pictures of Lucie at the school track and field day last year.
I really never thought I would like this new feather trend...however, I had a little wooden one and ended up loving it. I wanted another that was bigger, but didn't have anything, so I made one---you gotta love an embellishment that you can make yourself so easily!
I tried something different too---I had some bubble wrap, and I put some ink on it, then used the bubble wrap as a stamp and pressed it on some scrap paper, then my layout...it was actually fairly subtle. It was cool to try this, because I keep a drawer full of random things that might come in handy someday---bubble wrap, onion netting, etc. Great to actually USE something from that drawer!!!
And finally the last picture I wanted to show you...I embossed a scrap of paper with hearts, then punched them out for my border.
And here is Brenshevia's beautiful sketch I based my layout on:
I LOVE all that white space!
Head on over to Let's Get Sketchy and get all the details you need to participate in this challenge! Can't wait to see what you come up with!
Thanks for stopping by today :)
