Go Forth to Happiness

Hello!  Just a quick layout today on Lucie's first day of second grade:

A close-up---using up old packaging---that doily to the left below is from some Prima packaging:

And the happiness transparency is SUUUUPER old---Heidi Swapp, I think!

And the bling below?  Covering where I dropped a black marker.  Remember, Scrapbookers never make mistakes, they just add more embellishments :)

Here is the sketch from Stuck?! that my layout is based on---I will be linking up over there---isn't this lovely?

Today, over at Ideas For Scrapbookers, I am showing a tutorial on how I created the purple circle I used as background for my layout!  If you'd like, hop over and check it out!
Thanks so much for stopping by today.

  3. I love when you said we don't make mistakes, we just use more embellishments.. too funny and so true!! I added 3 extra layers to a layout because of a spray disaster the other day!! I love how you dug into your stash for this one and made the old new again!! It's perfect.

  4. Isn't it amazing when a mistake turns into the thing that makes a layout so awesome?
