I'm gonna use this layout I created a couple of weeks ago to enter a challenge over at Simple Stories:
It's a simple challenge---submit a project using any of their paper lines...I used "fabulous".
If you've already seen this layout, I'm sorry :(
The post is basically the same...

A quick closeup of my "flower":
The bottom layer is a doily that I cut with a sizzix die out of CARDBOARD from a shipping box. Anytime you can reuse, that's great, and I love the texture it adds. The next shape up is a doily fussy cut from some FABULOUS by Simple Stories paper....then a Prima crocheted doily, and a brad from Close to my Heart. I am inspired by all the layering I see lately.
On the other side, I actually put something on the photo that I thought was a rub-on. Instead it was sticky, so I added some glitter but didn't like how that looked. I put the "Enjoy" rub-on over it, then used a flat button from Etsy, a FABULOUS birdie sticker, and some more cardboard stuff (branches) cut with a die.
Beautiful LO. Love the colors and all the layering!
