Love Always

Hi there!
I have been seeing then and now layouts popping up all over the place lately, and I had in mind that I wanted to do that.  However, I wasn't really thinking about it much, because I didn't feel like going through boxes of old photos.

Then, while tucking my daughter in one evening, I noticed she had an older photo of herself and her best buddy from about six years ago.  And then directly underneath it, she had a double I had given her that was much more recent (and one I had already scrapped).  When I saw them together like that I knew I had to scrap them!
It was so awesome (and totally sad at the same time) to see how their little baby faces had changed so much!
I based my layout on a sketch by Diana over at Lily Bee.  You can see the sketch here.
I found an adorable new heart/love background at the silhouette store...so of course, I had to have it!
You can see some Lily Bee Goodies above---the heart, banner, and circle...

I used some floss to outline the word love.
I decided to  use the words always as part of the title, and layer it on top of a piece of vellum.  I also used lots of red and silver enamel dots to go with the silver bits on the vellum.

And then one more quick closeup---you can never have too many hearts!

So thanks for stopping by to check out the blog today---make sure you look at Diana's sketch---I think you'll love it!
