Hi there!
When I saw Laura's sketch at Stuck?!, I knew I had to make time to play along!
Here is my layout---
My youngest had just gotten braces! They are recommending it younger and younger it seems! The title is "We call it tinsel Teeth"...
Here's a quick closeup of some of the fun embellies I used from Basic Grey, Simple Stories, and October Afternoon (patterned paper from OA, Vellum from Cosmo Cricket).
I used my chevron punch to punch the side of the vellum, and then I outlined them in black pen. I used watercolor pencils to color them in, but when I blended the color, the black pen ink mixed in :( You can't win 'em all!
Here is the sketch:
So I will be linking up to Stuck?! sketches...will you?
Thanks for stopping by today!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great take on the sketch. It's tricky mixing watercolour products, isn't it. I like that punch out, though, and it looks even artsier with the little smudges, I think. Thanks for playing along with us at Stuck?! Sketches.
