Love You: Creative Sketches #256

Hi, just a quick post to show you a layout I used with a sketch from Creative scrappers...#256!
Here is the sketch:
Isn't this different?  I was really drawn to it...
So one night while browsing pinterest, I ran across a free cut file designed by Juliana Michaels.  It kind of reminded me of the sketch, so I knew I had to combine the two.
Here is the result:
This is my rather serious-faced "gypsy" on Halloween.
I loved this cut file, and had also been wanting to try some kind of pie chart, but had no idea how!  Thanks, Juliana :)

A couple of close ups---I used the heart that was on the cut file to trace a heart on burlap "paper" (DCWV) and shadowed it with the actual heart that was cut.  I attached it to a little pennant I cut from an embossed glassine bag.  I also decided to "fill" the pie chart with scraps of paper---some old mulberry paper, a transparency, some vellum...

Below, I cut out the letters from a bigger whatnot from Glitz's Color Me Happy Line. Also used so gold lame mist from Heidi Swapp.

Not much in the way of embellishment on this layout, but I loved it all the same.  I am going to link up to Creative Scrappers...and don't forget to check out that cut file! (Link is Juliana's name, above).
Have a great evening, all!
Thanks for stopping by today!
