Part-Time Pretties

Hello!

Today, several of the Stuck on You Sketches Design Team Girls are teaming up with the Whimsical Designs Team to bring you a fun blog hop---It's that time of year to give thanks:)

I'd like to show you a "small" fall project I did.

 

It just goes to show you that you should never throw stuff out!  I made this little shadow box display from a box that small wooden veneer shapes come in.  After painting it brown, I started to embellish! And luckily, my 1 1/2 " Square punch was perfect to put background paper in. (Now you will get the sense of how teensy this project is!)

 

Here is a close-up of a feather I 'painted' with red and yellow ink. 

 

Another close-up of the wooden veneer house (one that actually came in this tray). It was fun to paint it and embellish it with a paper roof and door.  And I felt like the pearl was like a big Harvest Moon!
