ScrapFIT Workout #65 Good Ole Boys

This was so fun!  We had to use this picture as our inspiration:
As soon as I saw the mustache---I knew---I had to use Echo Park's Times and Seasons Collection (with a little Sassafras for good measure).
And, there's only one man in my life.  Seriously.  Even my cat is a girl.
My husband and best best friend.  He doesn't have a mustache, but I had to embellish with one anyway.
I love this picture of him (they are the same picture, different sizes).

I punched some circles out of the paper and used a mix of recent and vintage buttons on them.

And there is the mustache!  I am not a mustache girl.  The only place I like a mustache is on a scrapbook sticker or paper.  This was so fun, because I usually do girly pages.

Please head over to ScrapFIT for full details and to see the rest of the design team's work.
You will be playing for a prize from My Divine Inspiration, an adorable ETSY shop.  Check them out here.  Thanks for stopping by today and don't forget Missy's Weekend Warm Up on the fifth, and my Step Class on the Eightht!  Hope to see some of your layouts at ScrapFIT!

  4. Hi Sheila, that's beautiful! And so is your entry at City Crafter, which could have had a mustache at the "mad hatter"-girl as well, but not sure if she would have liked it ;) xo Wendy

  5. Love this! We both chose the same collection for this challenge! I agree about mustaches on paper only!
