I had the good fortune to attend a Scrapping Retreat last weekend---It was a drive for us up here in NNY, but it was worth it! It was put on by some ladies who ran a great store in Syracuse called We B Scrappin'. Unfortunately, they closed the store, but they still run some events and retreats. Check out their blog here. It's the only retreat I know of in central New York----and the FOOD is UNBELIEVABLE!
I taught a beginning flower class----lots of fun. I met tons of great folks---people were calling me the "Flower Lady" because I spent the ENTIRE retreat making flowers to get ready for my soon to open Etsy store----Here is a sneak peek:
I am anticipating a "grand opening" on December 1st...if all goes as planned!
